Fatma, a young activist who rebels against the military regime in 1980, is cornered on a building site with the help of the secret service.
One of the workers hides Fatma in a shuttering that has not yet been filled with concrete, from where she watches as the military interrogates the people on the construction site. In the course of the interrogations, Fatma discovers the true extent of the power dynamic: have they really betrayed the same people she trusted to their opponents?
