"Paws" selected for Frontières Pitch

"Holy Shit!" Director Lukas Rinker's new project "Paws" was selected to be pitched at the Proof of Concept Presentation of Fantasia's Frontières Platform at Marché du Film in Cannes.

Paws is an eco-horror film and Lukas Rinker's second feature in development with Neopol .

Young climate-researcher Tessa is in grave danger. Her science-vessel has broken down way deep in the Arctic ice and her team is about to betray her and her cause - and drill for oil! When a hungry polarbear-mother then attacks the estranged crew, chances for survival decline rapidly. Will Tessa manage to keep the monstrous animal at bay while also protecting its habitat from the destructive oil-digging?
